v1.4.2 -- Trials carry the Multi-Instance feature set
A trial now runs on the full Multi-Instance feature set across two connected Zendesk instances. What happens at the end of the trial has not changed: the account moves to the free plan, keeps read access to one instance, and nothing is deleted.
New in the trial:
- Cross-instance diff -- compare configuration between your two connected instances and see what differs, rather than diffing snapshots of one instance over time.
- Apply changes to Zendesk -- push a reviewed change back to your instance instead of stopping at the simulation.
- GitHub Sync -- export your Zendesk configuration to a GitHub repository, with each commit attributed to the person who ran the sync.
- AI verification of What-If changes -- run the AI review over a simulated change before you apply it. The simulation itself was already available on every plan; the review of it was not.
- Health checks without a monthly limit -- run as many as you want, with the full findings list and remediation detail rather than the top five findings.
- Scheduled health checks every 7 days -- the same weekly cadence as the Multi-Instance plan. Two runs across a 14-day trial.
- Multi-Instance PDF report -- the report format that adds an instance overview, your score trend, a comparison against your previous check, and a methodology and glossary section.
Fixed:
- Multi-Instance report format showed as locked -- customers on the Multi-Instance plan saw that report format greyed out in the download menu even though their plan included it. The restriction was in the menu only, never in the report itself. Selecting the format now works.
A trial allows two connected Zendesk instances. The Multi-Instance plan allows five. For what each plan covers, see Configly plans and pricing, and for what happens on day 14, see What happens when your trial expires.
