v1.4.1 -- Multi-Instance health check fixes

Accounts on the Multi-Instance plan were being read as Solo Admin by the health check service. This release corrects that. If you are on Multi-Instance, your scheduled health checks now run every 7 days rather than every 30, so they arrive more often than they have been.

Fixed:

Multi-Instance plans read as Solo Admin for health checks -- scheduled checks ran every 30 days, the Solo Admin cadence, rather than the 7 days the plan includes. The Multi-Instance PDF report format was refused at download for the same reason. On-demand checks, the full findings list and remediation detail are identical on both plans, so neither was affected. Cadence and report format are both correct now.
Other fixes -- the Agency Toolkit instance ceiling, the Google and Microsoft sign-in paths, and wording on trial emails and the billing page.
