What is Maintenance Mode?
Occasionally, Configly may enter Maintenance Mode during planned updates or infrastructure work. When this happens, you will see a maintenance notice instead of the usual application interface.
What you will see
During maintenance, a full-screen notice is displayed explaining that Configly is temporarily unavailable. The notice may include a message about when service is expected to resume.
What to do
- Wait briefly — maintenance windows are typically short. Try again after a few minutes.
- Your data is safe — maintenance does not affect your synced configuration data or snapshots.
- Need urgent access? — contact help@configly.app if you have time-sensitive work.
