Create your Configly account

1. Go to go.configly.app/register
2. Enter your full name, email address, and choose a password
3. Click Create Account
4. Check your inbox for a welcome email from help@configly.app confirming your trial has started

Your 14-day free trial starts immediately. No credit card is required.

What you get during the trial

The free trial gives you full access to core features: connect a Zendesk instance, run syncs, compare snapshots, use global search, view dependencies, run health checks, and try What-If simulation. After 14 days, your account enters read-only mode unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft

You can also sign up using your Google or Microsoft account. Click the relevant button on the registration page. Your Configly account is created automatically using your social login email. You can set a password later from Settings → Security if you want to sign in with email and password as well.
