Every plan includes Public API access. The difference is the hourly rate ceiling, covered in Rate limits and usage quotas.
Health check reports download as a PDF, and the format decides how much of the report you get. Solo covers the summary, category scores and findings. Multi-Instance adds an instance overview, your score trend, a comparison against your last check, and a methodology and glossary section. Agency adds deep-dive analysis, compliance and industry sections, SLA correlation, an appendix, and your own branding. See Understanding feature limits by plan for the full breakdown.
What the trial includes
The trial runs for 14 days and carries the Multi-Instance feature set: cross-instance diff, GitHub Sync, applying changes to Zendesk, AI verification of a What-If change, weekly scheduled health checks, and unlimited snapshot versions.
It allows two connected Zendesk instances rather than Multi-Instance's five. Two is enough to use cross-instance diff, which is the feature that needs more than one.
No card is needed to start and none is needed to continue. At day 14 the account moves to the Free plan rather than locking. See What happens when your trial expires.
Choosing between Free and a paid plan
The split is reading versus writing. Free syncs your Zendesk configuration, snapshots it, diffs it, maps dependencies and simulates changes. It stops at pushing anything back to Zendesk.
Writing to Zendesk, AI verification of a simulation, and GitHub Sync all need either an active trial or a paid plan.
Solo Admin is the smallest paid plan that can apply changes to Zendesk. Multi-Instance adds GitHub Sync, cross-instance diff, and five connected instances. Agency Toolkit adds white-label report branding and custom health check rules.

Members and seats
Every plan allows unlimited workspace members at no extra cost. Invite as many people as you need and give each of them an Owner, Admin or Member role. See Configly workspaces: members and roles.
