Support Addresses
What Are Support Addresses?
Support addresses are the email addresses that your Zendesk instance receives tickets from. They include both Zendesk-provided addresses (e.g., support@yourcompany.zendesk.com) and forwarded external addresses (e.g., help@yourcompany.com).
What Configly Captures
For each support address, Configly stores:
- Email address
- Name -- the display name for the address
- Default status -- whether it's the default support address
- Brand association -- which brand the address is linked to
- Forwarding status -- whether email forwarding is correctly configured
- Created and updated timestamps
