Ticket Settings
What Are Ticket Settings?
Ticket Settings are the instance-level configuration options that control how tickets behave across your Zendesk account. These include settings like whether agents can modify ticket requesters, CCs behaviour, ticket sharing, and other account-wide ticket defaults.
What Configly Captures
Configly syncs your ticket settings as a single structured object. This is displayed in a settings viewer (not a list view) showing key-value pairs grouped by section.
Read-only
Ticket Settings are read-only in Configly. They are synced for visibility and snapshot comparison only. What-If editing is not available for this type.

- Audit compliance -- verify that security-related settings haven't been relaxed
