What Are Routing Attribute Values?

Routing attribute values are the individual options defined under each routing attribute. For example, if you have a "Language" routing attribute, its values might include "English", "French", and "German".

Enterprise only

Routing attribute values are available on Zendesk Enterprise plans. If your plan does not include this feature, Configly detects this automatically and hides it from your navigation.

What Configly Captures

For each routing attribute value, Configly stores:

Value name
Parent routing attribute -- which attribute this value belongs to
Created and updated timestamps

Nested Sync

Routing attribute values are synced as a child of their parent routing attribute. When you sync routing attributes, their values are automatically included.
