How much does Configly cost?

There is a free plan that does not expire, a 14-day trial of the paid features, and three paid plans: Solo Admin, Multi-Instance and Agency Toolkit. Exact pricing is shown during checkout, in GBP, EUR or USD. See configly.app/pricing, or Configly plans and pricing for what each plan includes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts a 14-day trial of the paid features, with no card required.

When the trial ends your account moves to the free plan rather than closing, and your snapshots are kept. The free plan covers one connected Zendesk instance, syncs and snapshots, visual diff, dependency mapping, What-If simulation and one health check per calendar month. Applying changes to Zendesk, AI verification of a What-If change, and GitHub Sync need a paid plan. See The Configly free plan and What happens when your trial expires.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
