What can be exported?
Configly lets you export data for offline review, sharing, or archival:

Health check PDF reports
After running a health check, click Download Report and select a report tier. The PDF includes health check findings, scores, and category summaries. Agency plan users can add white-label branding to reports.
GitHub Sync (YAML export)
With GitHub Sync enabled, your Zendesk configuration is automatically exported as human-readable YAML files to a GitHub repository. This provides a full Git history of every configuration change.
