What is white-label branding?

White-label branding lets you customise Configly health check PDF reports with your own company branding. This is ideal for agencies and consultancies who deliver configuration reports to their clients.

Setting up your branding

1. Go to Settings from the user menu
2. Scroll to the Report Branding section
3. Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG — max 500KB, recommended 200×60px)
4. Enter your partner or agency name
5. Choose an accent colour for headings and highlights
6. Optionally add custom footer text for report pages
7. Click Save Branding

How it appears on reports

Your logo, company name, accent colour, and footer text replace the default Configly branding on health check PDF reports.

Tips

• Horizontal logos work best — the report header has a wide, short layout
• Use a transparent background — PNG or SVG logos with transparent backgrounds look cleanest
• Keep it under 500KB — smaller files render faster in PDF generation
