Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm on the cancellation page
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that your data is permanently deleted, and it cannot be recovered.
What Happens After Cancellation
| Timeline | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cancellation confirmed | Status changes to Cancelling. Access continues until the period ends. |
| Billing period ends | The account becomes read-only. You can still sign in and read existing data, but not sync, apply or make changes. |
| Next daily cleanup | All snapshots, connections and configuration data are permanently deleted. |
Deletion runs once a day rather than at the exact moment your period ends, so there is usually a short window, up to about 24 hours, where the account is readable but frozen.
Treat the end of your billing period as the deadline. The gap before the cleanup runs is a consequence of how the job is scheduled, not a grace period, and nothing is recoverable once deletion has happened. Download anything you need while your subscription is still active.
A cancellation confirmation email is sent when you cancel.
Reactivating Before Period End
If your subscription is scheduled to cancel but the billing period has not yet ended, you can reactivate:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Reactivate subscription
- Confirm your payment method
Your account is restored immediately and the cancellation is reversed.
