Organisation Fields

Organisation fields are custom fields attached to organisation records. They allow you to capture additional business information about customer organisations.

• Industry (dropdown)

What Configly Captures

For each organisation field, Configly stores the field title, key, type, description, active status, display settings, and options (for dropdown fields). Configly tracks these under the People group in your dashboard.

Viewing in Configly

Organisation fields appear under People in your connection dashboard. You can filter by field type and status, view field options, and compare configurations across snapshots or connections.

Tips

• Organisation fields are commonly used for account tier, contract value, and renewal dates
• Use Configly's dependency mapping to see which triggers and SLA policies reference organisation fields
• Compare organisation field configurations across instances to ensure data consistency
