What Are Themes?

Themes control the visual appearance of your Zendesk Guide help centre. They define the layout, styling, and branding of your knowledge base, including colours, fonts, header/footer content, and page templates.

What Configly Captures

For each theme, Configly stores:

• Theme name
• Live status -- whether this is the currently active theme
• Brand association -- which brand the theme is applied to
• Created and updated timestamps

• Use snapshot comparison to track when themes are swapped or modified
• Review theme-to-brand associations to ensure each brand has the correct help centre appearance
